The Cathedral stands majestically opposite Newcastle Central Station, making arrival by train effortless. For those driving, there is limited guest parking on‑site and convenient car parks nearby.

  • Times Square Car Park — NE1 4AD (5–8 minute walk).
  • Grainger Town Car Park — NE1 4AU (6–9 minute walk).

A scenic southerly drive via the A19 and A174 brings you to the coast. Please drive with care — roads are winding in parts, especially in autumn weather.
